Stop Guessing. Start Growing.
marketing that gets done
I help businesses identify what’s holding their marketing back and do the work to fix it.
Marketing that actually gets finished and delivers.
Producing marketing used to be the hard part. Copy took days. Design took a fortnight, but those days are over. You can generate a landing page, a month of social posts and a customer email sequence before lunch and some of it will be decent.
So why is your marketing still not done or, more importantly, not working? Because two things never got easier, and both of them are now worth more than they’ve ever been:
Knowing what’s worth making. Volume is free, which means the cost of producing the wrong thing has collapsed to nearly nothing and businesses are producing an enormous amount of the wrong thing. More output, no more results and no way of telling which bit is at fault.
Actually finishing. Marketing doesn’t fail at the idea, but at week three, when something urgent lands and the person doing it has a proper job as well. Every business I’ve worked in has a graveyard of 80%-complete marketing.

WHAT YOU’RE ACTUALLY BUYING
Knowing what’s worth doing and making sure it gets done.
You’re paying me to look at your business and say these three things matter and the other eleven don’t – a decision that takes twenty-nine years to make quickly and confidently. Then you’re paying for the far less glamorous guarantee that the three things will be live by the date I said, whatever else happens that month.
“Delivers on time every time” used to be table stakes. It’s now most of the value.

HOW IT WORKS
- The audit. Always first. I go through what you’ve got: your website, your content, your spend, your data and what your customers actually say. I find what’s broken, what’s being missed and where the real wins are hiding. The findings usually surprise people and quite often the answer isn’t more marketing. If your problem is pricing, or a sales handover nobody owns, I’ll tell you that instead of selling you a campaign. It’s happened more than once.
- The shortlist. Not a strategy document nobody reads. A short, ordered list of what’s getting done and what’s deliberately not, with the reasoning, so you can disagree with me. Saying no to things is the part most agencies skip, because they’re paid by volume. I’m not.
- The work. Website and landing pages, content and copy, email and newsletters, campaign build and management, social, lead generation systems, AI & automation, reporting that means something – whatever the shortlist says.
- Done properly, dated, and delivered. You’ll know where everything is without having to chase.
- The bit that keeps working. Wherever possible I leave you something that runs without me: a system, a template, a process your team can use. Some of my longest clients need less of me each year and that’s the correct direction of travel.
WHY A PERSON, NOT AN AGENCY?
You get me. Not an account manager, not a junior who’s been handed the brief, not a team that changed twice this year without telling you.
That means someone who remembers what you tried in 2023 and why it didn’t work. Someone your team can ring directly. Someone who’s in the business enough to notice things that aren’t on the brief.
One of my clients described me as “one of the team and go-to person now and forever.” That’s the arrangement and it isn’t one an agency can replicate at this price or a tool can replicate at all.
who’s it for?
This works if you:
- Know roughly what needs doing and have nobody with the time or certainty to do it
- Have marketing that keeps getting started and not finished
- Would rather have three things done properly than thirty things done badly
- Want one person accountable, not a team you have to manage
It isn’t right if you:
- Want the cheapest possible content production – that’s not what I’m for and honestly, a tool will beat me on price
- Need someone in-house five days a week
- Want direction rather than delivery – that’s the Advisory Seat
- Want to learn to do it yourself – that’s Marketing Training
how it works
Audit: £1,500. Standalone, or partially credited against your first month if we carry on.
Investment: from £600 a month. An agreed shortlist, agreed dates and one point of contact. Rolling, 30 days’ notice.
Or by project, where there’s a defined piece of work with an end to it.
Yes, I use AI.
I’m not going to pretend otherwise, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. I use it for drafting, for research, for the grind. It makes me faster and it makes your budget go further. What it can’t do is stand in your business and work out that your best-selling product is the one you never mention. It can’t tell you the campaign you’re attached to has never worked. It can’t ring your web developer and get it sorted and it will produce twelve months of perfectly competent content that moves nothing, because it has no way of knowing which twelve months were worth producing.
You’re buying the decisions and the finishing. The typing was never the expensive part.
