MENTORING

If you’ve been freelancing for at least 6 months and are committed to treating your freelance work as a business rather than just a job, you’re ready. This programme is ideal for freelancers who are established enough to have clients, but are struggling with consistency, profitability, or work-life balance.

I’ve successfully mentored freelancers across multiple industries, including financial, IT, marketing, people and more. The business principles we focus on are universal, though I customise the application to your specific field.

Besides our bi-weekly calls (90 minutes), implementing the strategies we develop typically requires 2-3 hours per week. However, this isn’t “extra” work, it’s strategic activity that replaces the ineffective tasks currently filling your schedule. Remember, that I can provide you with the direction and tools, but you need to be 100% committed to the actions set out in the sessions.

The mentoring program is designed for established freelancers looking to level up. I offer the Freelance 101 programme for those just beginning their journey.

While results vary based on your starting point and implementation, most clients see a 2-3x return on their investment within the first three months. This comes through a combination of higher rates, better clients, more consistent work, and improved efficiency.

Courses provide general information, but mentoring provides personalised guidance, accountability, and real-time problem solving specific to your situation. We adapt strategies based on your unique challenges and opportunities, something no course can offer.
