1. Service Description

The mentoring support provides guidance, resources, and advice to help individuals transition to or improve their freelance businesses. This includes consultations, resource sharing, and ongoing support through various communication channels.

2. Mentoring Relationship
  • The mentoring relationship is professional and advisory in nature
  • We provide guidance based on experience and industry knowledge
  • Final business decisions and their outcomes remain solely your responsibility
  • We do not guarantee specific financial results or client outcomes
3. Confidentiality
  • We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and personal circumstances
  • You may share our discussions and advice as needed for your business development
  • We may use anonymised examples from mentoring sessions for educational content (with no identifying information)
4. Payment Terms
  • Full fee of £3,000 upfront or 3 x 3 monthly payments of £1,000
  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice or you lose that session
  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee and will lose that session
  • Payments are non-refundable
5. Communication and Availability
  • Response times for emails/messages are typically within 48 hours during business days
  • Emergency support is not provided – this is business mentoring, not crisis intervention
  • Communication outside scheduled sessions should be brief and focused
6. Intellectual Property
  • You retain full rights to your business ideas, strategies, and materials
  • Our frameworks, templates, and proprietary methods remain my intellectual property
  • You may use provided resources for your own business but not redistribute commercially
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for mentoring services
  • We are not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, or financial outcomes
  • Professional indemnity insurance covers the advisory services
8. Professional Boundaries
  • Wedo not provide legal, accounting, or regulated financial advice
  • For specialist matters, we will recommend appropriate qualified professionals
  • The mentoring relationship does not create a partnership or employment relationship
9. Termination
  • Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship with 7 days written notice
  • Unused session credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
  • All confidentiality obligations continue after termination
10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
